 Thanks - in that case we'll prioritise it as a blocker. (Jon - this one is
 for you)

 Please could you post dmesg output from the first failing case. That is,
 boot into Sugar (without doing OFW HDMI tests first), connect the DELL
 ST2010, observe that there is no output to the Dell display, and run
 "dmesg > dmesg.log". Then attach the dmesg.log file here.

 Please also tell us what state the external display is in at this time.
 e.g. Does it say "no signal", "unsupported resolution", or something else?
