 On an XO-4, running 13.1.0 build 28, the volume adjust provided by the
 keyboard keys is too coarse.   It takes only four presses of the volume up
 key to go from barely audible to max. volume.

 Can we go back to the number of steps in previous laptops (8 or 16 ?)
