 On an XO-4 B1 (SKU293) laptop, running Q7B14 and EC 3.10, I saw an
 unrecoverable EC communication failure.   The laptop was running runin
 (build 27) at the time.

 The console log is attached.

 I will note that this error happened while I was working near the laptop,
 and might have been due to an ESD event (not that I heard or felt any
 sparks, but...)
