 With 13.1.0 os28 & Q7B14/EC 0.3.10, Humitos and I each saw a XO-4 powering
 itself off while in use.  I noticed a red/red/orange/red flash pattern,
 but am not 100% sure that is what I saw.

 Since os28 largely just brings in a new video driver we need to figure out
 what is going on.
