 The four game key boot method is designed to try to update from, in order:
 * disk: (a USB drive)
 * ext: (the SD card)
 * NANDblaster,
 * http:\\172.18.0.1\

 However it does not try HTTP, instead failing with ''Can't open network''
 after the NANDblaster scan.

 Does not occur on XO-1.  Does occur on XO-1.5, XO-1.75 and XO-4.  On XO-4,
 occurs on 8686 or 8787.
