 My theory has hole.  I realized today that 0% never happens.  The battery
 system on XO-4 only marks the battery as 0% _after_ the critical shutdown
 voltage is reached (which powers off the laptop). powerd won't ever see a
 0%.

 The problem also seems intermittent since the last set of logs sent from
 quanta appear normal modulo things that can be attributed to file copy
 problems (1 missing file).
