 Run the automated self test on a XO-1.5 with Q3C16 by holding the left
 rocker while the XO is being powered on.

 After the tests complete there will be display noise below the "All
 hardware tests passed message".  This disappears when you press a key (you
 cannot use the touchpad to dismiss the message).
