 The dependencies of gstreamer-plugins-marvell-mmp2 are too vague, and
 resulted in Reuben making a test XO-1.75 build with marvell-ipp-mmp3 .

 This resulted in crashes in Totem and blank video screens in other apps
 due to the illegal instruction errors happening as a result.
