 Due to problems with reliable wakeup from suspend, we have been cleared by
 Marvell to run all PXA2128 (MMP3) CPUs at 1.2GHz, regardless of the SoC
 specification.

 We need the next release of OFW to ignore the speed setting jumper on the
 motherboard, and instead operate all PJ4 CPUs at 1.2 GHz
 (set_frequency_1.2g).

 It is fine if the banner reflects the actual operating frequency (now
 always 1.2 GHz) instead of the expected CPU frequency for that SKU.
