 Fix the btmrvl and mwifiex drivers so that they can both be loaded and WOL
 works for the wifi card.

 Right now these two drivers for the same piece of hardware do not coexist
 peacefully during suspend/resume, hence the btmrvl module is blacklisted
 by the build system.
