 Ignore previous comment.

 Problem was fixed in SVN 3015 and is in Q4D21.  Laptops with earlier
 firmware being upgraded using this particular USB flash drive type will
 require a firmware update first.

 Release notes for 12.1.0 already contain "the firmware is out of date and
 should be updated (see Firmware)."  This should be in 13.1.0 release notes
 as well.
