Comment(by dsd):

 The gcc bug is fixed in gcc-4.8, so thats one thing less to deal with.
 However, at least while the fix isn't obvious, gcc-4.7 will continue to
 crash, so I think we won't see iwmmxt2 support included in Fedora until
 gcc-4.8 gets added (maybe F19?).
