 On an XO-4 B1, running Q7B01 and OS 21022xx2, using the touchscreen
 greatly slows down the performance of Sugar activities.

 To reproduce, boot into Sugar.   Open the terminal app, and run top.
 Then use the touchscreen to move the mouse around the screen.

 Reported by Gary Su during bringup.
