 states that SysRq-Y can be used to break into Open Firmware from Linux.

 But our local change(s) to allow this to happen have not been ported to
 newer kernels according to pgf.  Mitch would like to see this available
 again at some point.

 Seen in 13.1.0 os1 (all platforms).
