Comment:

 Looks like X now starts the session before the input devices are added, so
 the setxkbmap call in /usr/bin/olpc-session often fails.

 To make this "hotpluggable", we can rename the options in
 /etc/sysconfig/keyboard to XKBLAYOUT, XKBMODEL, XKBVARIANT, and add this
 line in /lib/udev/rules.d/96-olpckeymap.rules :

 {{{
 IMPORT{file}="/etc/sysconfig/keyboard"
 }}

 Now "setxkbmap -print" shows br selected, and xorg logs show the same, but
 the keyboard still acts like a US keyboard. Hmm.
