 A XO-4 failed to start runin with 13.1.0 os8 and hung at the "Starting..."
 prompt.

 Given this setup was physically disturbed and the logging computer turned
 off over the weekend it is unclear if this an actual failure or not.

 The system did not provide a serial shell or SysRq response when the issue
 was discovered.
