 The OSK cannot be popped up to fill in exclusive input grabbing dialog
 windows.  These typically are of the password-entry variety.

 Example:
  1. Install pinentry-gtk on 13.1.0 os7 on XO-4.  (We include pinentry-
 curses, but it is of little use outside of a terminal.)
  2. From GNOME or Sugar Terminal run "pinentry-gtk".
  3. Type "GETPIN", switch to ebook mode (to work around a os7 bug), and
 use the OSK to press Enter.  You will be able to type in the pin dialog.
  4. Type "GETPIN" in normal mode, use the main keyboard to press Enter,
 and switch to ebook mode.  Try to activate the OSK keyboard for the
 password field using a touch.  You will not be able pop-up the OSK to type
 in the pin dialog.
  5. Type "BYE" and press enter to exit the pinentry program.
