 Five laptops (three w. 1.8V Flash, two w. 3.3V Flash) were tested for
 twenty-four hours.   All had increased Cin on power supplies.   Most had
 20 uF added to Vcore, and 10 uF added to +5V, +3.3V, +1.8V, and Vmem.
 One which continued running didn't have a cap on +3.3V.   On a scope the
 noise on Vcore dropped from 250 mV to 120 mV with these changes.

 One of the laptops w. 1.8V flash and one laptop w. 3.3V flash had a Data
 Abort.   More testing is needed to see if this is a statistically
 significant change.
