 This is a ticket to track an upstream bug. Maliit keyboard extended key
 pop-up palettes (used for accessing additional character variants) do not
 correctly work for keys with specified widths. About half of our layout
 files have some keys set to width="small" to allow some rows to fit on
 screen without requiring all keys to shrink.
