 After move your finger in touchscreen, it cannot work anymore, it will
 change the location after you tap your touchpad.

 Precedure. [[BR]]
 0.Enter to sugar
 1.Move your finger in panel => it cannot move [[BR]]
 2.Tap the panel once at other side. [[BR]]
 3.Tap the touchpad and the cursor will move to the location that you first
 tap in panel. [[BR]]
