 Tested on XO-4 B1 with SVN head.

  * reproduces after ''bye'' (main processor power cycle without EC
 shutdown) but only if escape key is pressed to interrupt startup sound.
  * does not reproduce if BD tag is set in a way to cause ok prompt after
 the startup sound finishes.
  * does not reproduce if startup sound volume has been set to minimum.
 (Startup sound is not played when volume is set to minimum.)
  * does not reproduce after ''sound d# 500 ms stop-sound''.

 So a precondition for this symptom is that the startup sound is played,
 and interrupted.

 Does not occur on XO-1.75 CL2 with SVN head.
