 Enhance the firmware to identify the size and capacity of three new second
 source SPI FLASH chips.

 The firmware uses only the AB ID which does not include a capacity, and
 one of the 2MB chips proposed has an AB ID of h# 14 which overlaps the AB
 ID used by a 1MB chip previously used.

 Workaround: use 2mb-flash.
