 The rule I had was for an older-firmware fischertechnik Robo TX.  The
 Udevadm output above is correct for current devices and I have confirmed
 with fischertechnik.  Therefore the rule for the fischertechnik Robo TX
 should be:

 ATTRS{idVendor}==”221D”, ATTRS{idProduct}==”1000”, RUN+=”sbin/modprobe
 usbserial vendor=0x221D product=0x1000”
 }}}
