 Re-layout 40+ language xml layout files to remove the recently added
 language switch key as the code is not yet implemented upstream for the
 layout cycling from the maliit side. All layouts in both landscape and
 portrait will need re-editing and re-testing (there is no 'stretch key to
 fit' it's all hardcoded pixel layouts for out 1200x900 or 900x1200
 layouts), hopefully in most cases the space bar theme can be custom
 resized to consume the missing key space.
