 All of our custom layouts now include a blank place holder key near the
 bottom left for cycling between layouts (layouts can currently be toggled
 by a horizontal swipe but this is undiscoverable and error prone). This
 key will need hooking into an upstream maliit code change once/if
 available. Fallback plan is to remove the key and consume the space by
 enlarging the space bar correctly across all layout variations, and rely
 on the maliit horizontal swipe gesture for this release cycle.
