 Just realized that Q7A14, one of the two OFWs being used for testing the
 programming of the SPI Flash on this laptop, doesn't properly support a B1
 unit.   The operating voltage is set to 1.25V by Q7A14.   Q7A15, the other
 OFW used, does properly run a B1 at 1.35V.   This error, which occurred
 three times, might very well be due to insufficient core voltage.

 I'm restarting with Q7A14mc.rom instead of Q7A14.rom and will see if the
 problem re-occurs.
