#12184: connection fails after olpc-update

 After an olpc-update from 31004o0 to os5 and 31005o2 to os6 wifi fails to
 connect to the previously chose network. The "clear history" button is not
 working and has no effect. After a clean install everything works as
 expected.
 Looks like a dbus/python issue. Shell log says:
