Comment:

 The same problem occurs, with the same ftrace, without ''debug?'' enabled,
 if the inbound packet rate exceeds the capability of the device and a
 queue develops.

 Therefore this problem might only occur with protocols that apply no flow
 control.  We use none of these protocols in Open Firmware deployment
 scenarios.
