#12168: olpc-connections/-log/-netstatus commands use ifconfig (depreciated)

The olpc-connections, olpc-log, and olpc-netstatus scripts use ifconfig,
which supposedly is depreciated in favor of the "ip" command in Linux.

I do not know if/when the ifconfig command may disappear (various BSD's
still maintain it and do not include ip/iw) but we should move to a
currently supported approach (iw in particular warns against
screenscraping it due to an unstable interface).
