 Testing further: compiling busybox in a chroot with a glibc compiled with
 -march=iwmmxt2 often produces this occasional, transient error:

 error while loading shared libraries: cannot create capability list:
 Cannot allocate memory
 }}}

 The same can be seen in mock builds using the same buildsys packages.

 Recompiling the same glibc on the same system without the special -march=
 value produces a glibc which does not exhibit this behaviour.

 This suggests that there is some kind of system instability being caused
 by use of iwmmxt2.
