 The audio recording portion of "test /audio" on XO-4 intermittently does
 not record audio (or plays the sweep but not the recorded audio).

 Some units seem to be more prone to this than others.  When it happens
 running the test again may solve the issue; rebooting the XO via "bye" or
 similar usually clears up the issue.

 Seen with Q7B01 on multiple XO-4 B1 SKUs.
