Comment:

 I see that we could set Storage=none in journald.conf and everything in
 the journal *should* be sent to syslog by default anyway. However, that
 does not seem to be the case - some things (such as stdout from things run
 by service files) appears in the journal but not in syslog.

 So instead I have opted just to limit the journal's memory usage for now,
 since having access to those non-forwarded messages has been really useful
 (olpc-os-builder ee48baacf7da0a3d03fea814a4cb41a8825592b3). I opened
 #12342 for improving this situation in future.
