 Tested in 13.1.0 build 14. This is working well on XO-4 hardware, you can
 actually now perform the first boot user name and user colour setup
 completely in ebook mode without the keyboard! Note for testers with
 XO-1.75 touch screen hardware, these do not enable the OSK at boot with
 build 14.
