 Although it may not be a upstream problem, the GNOME system tray icon for
 battery charging does not appear in 13.1.0 os12/13.

 The battery icon only appears while discharging.

 This took me a while to figure out that it was not a graphics issue, but
 rather an "am I plugged to external power?" issue.
