Comment:

 The "C" in Q7Cxx does not refer to the hardware build phase, but rather to
 the firmware functionality.  No major firmware changes occurred for the C
 build, so there was no need to bump the firmware major revision.  (The
 change from A to B earlier came about as a result of the change from 1 MiB
 to 2 MiB SPI FLASH size, a major issue for the firmware.)
