 Testing 13.1.0 build 12 on XO-4, booting the laptop in tablet mode, the
 ebook switch state is not initialised correctly.

 Go to the terminal (or connect over ssh) and run:
 {{{
 evtest --query /dev/input/event4 EV_SW SW_TABLET_MODE; echo $?
 }}}

 This should produce 10 (switch closed) but when the laptop is booted in
 this way it results in 0 (switch open) until you manually switch form
 factor to laptop mode and back again.

 This means that the on-screen keyboard is not activated correctly when the
 system is booted in tablet mode.
