Comment:

 Theres a likelihood that this is indeed a leak, but it might also be
 related to memtest now using a larger memory chunk than it used to. On
 wad's request, 13.1.0 build 12 will use "free_memory - 400mb" (instead of
 "free_memory - 200mb") as an experiment. This change is hacked into olpc-
 os-builder temporarily.
