 Personally I would be a bit hesitant about adjusting memory settings for
 XO-1.75 until we know why we have OOM issues on XO-4 (#12285 ; present in
 os10 & os11), and if this is definitely likely a OOM issue.

 With os10, the first normal runin run did not hit the OOM issue on
 XO-1.75.  A XO-1.75 running aggressive suspend during runin never
 encountered the issue.  Once the issue was hit it seemed to be hit within
 an hour on every subsequent run.

 I have not seen a XO-1.75 (aggressive suspend or normal runin) encounter
 the issue yet with 13.1.0 os11, and they have been running for 20 hours so
 far.
