 Tracking upstream bug ticket that has a usability impact on our release:

 Issue: Our user makes use of the OSK for one task, leaving it in some non-
 default state (perhaps with a symbol page active, or with caps lock
 active). Later, on a new task, our user triggers the OSK and it opens with
 the old remembered state. Our user can be confused by this unexpected
 state, and it may not be immediately obvious how they can return the OSK
 to the default state.
