 Testing 13.1.0 build 11, XO-4 and XO-1.75:

 Booting in ebook mode does _not_ enable the OSK when focusing on text
 input areas. Opening the screen a little and closing again (and re-
 focusing an input area) is still needed to trigger the OSK after a boot.
