 I did rebuild the gtk2 rpm quickly as it was just one click away:
 http://arm.koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=1243367

 But talking to Gonzalo, there seem to be not many activities with issues
 in regards to kinetic scrolling, just Memorize
 http://bugs.sugarlabs.org/ticket/4099. Fototoon, another activity is
 currently ported to GTK+3.

 So I think unless there are other activities that would really benefit
 from this, I would suggest to invest the time in porting Memorize over
 rather than verifying that the patched rpm works.
