 XO-4 cannot boot 13.1.0 os9 with at least some test OFW builds past q7b04.
 q7b04mf is one example where the all the MMC slots are considered "broken"
 and the internal eMMC cannot be found, forcing dracut to an emergency
 shell.

 The kernel is use is from arm-3.5
 (3.5.4_xo4-20121102.1807.olpc.8d038a0.armv7hl) and Mitch implies this may
 be something that needs to be changed in Linux.
