Comment(by dsd):

 The problem here is that decisions related to choosing local favourites
 tends to come back and bite us. If there are no configured languages then
 maliit should show all of them for the locales that are available on the
 system.

 I will make a one-off test build with those 3 languages configured so that
 you can test this functionality yourself.
