 upowerd should behave better, so filed
 https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=826191

 However, we may want to set CONFIG_TIMER_STATS=y in defconfig. upowerd
 collects stats on battery status and number of wakeups, the number of
 wakeups are read from timer_stats .
