olpc.fth has moved to the kernel package, which is not ideal either:

yum is setup to allow side-by-side kernel installations, assuming that
they share no files or that files shared are identical (rpm allows more
than one package to own a file w/o conflict, as long as the multiple-
ownership file is identical across the owners.

This causes fun and games with yum upgrades.

We are converging with Fedora upstream build tools (ie:ARM SoCs are
getting images built with livecdtools which inject a uboot script).
olpc.fth in OOB would help that path.
