Comment:

 This is a debug message that needs to get turned off.  If was used to
 measure latency over the PCI bus.  The stalled loop messages are still
 much less than the timeout we have on the command submission loop.  The
 next step will be switching to AGP commands over the IGP bus and this
 polling will go away.
