 After running  olpc-update to go from 12.1.0 build 9 to build 10 on an
 XO-1.75, and rebooting, you are presented with the old dialogue for
 checking for activity software updates (thought this first boot behavior
 was disabled long ago?) If you then agree to check for updates, you are
 presented with the main CP My Settings view, the Software Update module is
 not available/present, and the CP tool bar is now missing so you can not
 close the CP dialogue, will attach a shell.log trace back.
