 The World Digital Library (images/world culture) has back links in each of
 its primary categories which attempt to link to "index.html".

 This then redirects to "/home/olpc/Library/wdl/index.en.html", which does
 not exist.  The "wdl" should be spelled out as "WorldDigitalLibrary" to
 match, or the link made properly relative.

 Seen in 12.1.0 os10.
