 The generic Google "Search the Web" box in the OLPC Library's homepage is
 forced to provide English results (hl=en) & an English user interface.

 However as of the WebKit version of Browse (in 12.1.0), typing a non-URL
 entry in Browse does a Google Search in the output language the computer
 is currently configured to use, dynamically setting the "hl" parameter as
 appropriate.
