 Install a 12.1.0 build on an XO-1.75.  Press and hold the 'O' game key
 during power up.  The laptop will not boot.  Serial console shows olpc.fth
 in build has attempted to use /sd at d4280000/disk at 3:\boot-alt\vmlinuz but
 this directory is missing.
